Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the downtown Indianapolis office of a national full-service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support one partner with a busy employee benefits practice. The working hours for this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Editing, formatting, and utilizing track changes to finalize large legal documents;


• Marinating electronic and physical case files;


• Preparing outgoing correspondence and arranging courier delivery where necessary;


• Transcribing dictation;


• Preparing and submitting expense reimbursement requests;


• Booking and coordinating attorney travel;


• And more!

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a legal assistant;


• Experience with document production;


• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
