eNGINE is hiring a Power Platform Developer to support our Houston, PA based commercial construction services customer. You will support the internal Communications team by building Model-Driven and Canvas PowerApps, automating critical business data processes via Power Automate, and maintaining the integrity of eNGINE's cloud-based Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, imaginative, and technically adept individual to drive meaningful impact within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Domain Experts to gain insights into operational requirements.
  • Design and develop Model-Driven and Canvas PowerApps to support critical business processes.
  • Create complex workflows using Power Automate to streamline and automate business functions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to address real-world issues through data modeling techniques.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Power Platform solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capable of conducting independent research and adapting to evolving technologies.

Bonus Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Power Platform development.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-600).
  • Active participation in the Microsoft CoE, contributing knowledge and ensuring governance and standards compliance.
