Job Description:

We are currently seeking a staff attorney with expertise in lease reviews to join our clients dynamic legal team. This role demands a meticulous approach to reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating various lease agreements and addressing potential legal issues associated with acquisitions. The successful candidate will bring a robust understanding of real estate law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. The candidate should also possess experience in title and survey review, including reviewing title commitments, resolving title issues, and finalizing titles prior to closing. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with complex legal matters and contribute significantly to our clients real estate practice.
