An AmLaw 200 Firm is seeking a corporate tax associate to join their Tax Planning Team:
- Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of tax experience
- Ideal candidate will have experience with the income tax aspects of M&A and Finance work
- Role will focus on the tax consequences related to corporate transactions


Firm Offers:
- An 1850 billable requirement
- A hybrid work set up
- A base compensation between $240-255k with an uncapped bonus potential
