8+ years of experience in the Program Management Office.
Must have worked in core OIM development and troubleshooting projects.
Should have implementation of workflows and data integration transformations in an identity management project using Oracle Identity Manager OIM workflow engine.
Good understanding of IAM lifecycle and SOX compliance audit process related to Identity Management, Exposure to Oracle Identity Manager 11gR212C
Should have been in the role of IAM PM.
Technical Skills:
Requires thorough understanding of Security services, especially IAM related processes and technologies
Previous experience on handling AM/Authentication projects is must
Strong understanding of a client's business, technology and process needs.
Will participate in leadership presentations to the customer.
Expertise in planning and executing IT infrastructure & support projects
Proficient in developing systems with ability to enhance IT infrastructure operational effectiveness
Managing customer centric technical operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
Good Understanding of IT security policy, procedure, design, and implementation & identity access management
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
