Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and execute key initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget while collaborating with stakeholders and team members. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for long-term growth within our fast-paced, innovative company.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute technical documentation projects related to product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate team efforts, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to achieve project milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Transformation to align project goals with organizational priorities.
  • Implement strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track performance, identify risks, and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Organize and lead project meetings to discuss goals, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Define solutions to meet business requirements, including performance goals and success metrics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, CSPO) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, status reporting, and leading workstreams.
  • Self-starter with high personal work standards and integrity.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities across workstreams.
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Reporting (CFTC), Asset Management, or Capital Markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges, mitigate risks, and deliver results.
  • Willingness to work on-site at our uptown Charlotte, NC headquarters four days a week.
