Job Description:
Location: 100% Onsite in Huntington Beach/Seal Beach CA Area
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in project planning and coordination
- 5+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- 5+ years of experience in Material estimating
- 5+ years of experience preparing time, cost, and labor estimates
- 5+ years of experience with Estimates at Completion, Data Analysis, and/or Budgeting/Cost Performance Reporting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor degree in Construction Management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), architecture, or construction management
- Knowledge of tracking and monitoring project costs throughout the construction process
- Familiarity with current construction methods, materials, and costs
