The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
Essential Functions
Oversee the procurement of all goods, supplies, and services.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency.
Review, analyze, and evaluate operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Plan, direct, and control budgets and expenses to achieve financial objectives.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
Manage supplier relationships and resolve any outstanding issues.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and improve overall business performance.

Hours of Work
Full-time, non-exempt position.
Standard work hours are generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
