Duties

Provide program management skills to lead teams to deliver a high-quality, impactful solution to create a Talent Marketplace that enhances Adobe's organizational agility by efficiently matching employees with critical business initiatives.
Establish well-defined project objectives and success metrics in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with talent goals.
Use Adobe's proprietary design thinking framework (Infuse) to lead the team to conduct discovery and define experiences of users to design innovative and effective solutions for a diverse set of problems and opportunities related to Adobe talent.
Define project scope, requirements, DACI / roles and responsibilities
Manage the project plan, including governance, risk management, and metrics.
Lead, coordinate, engage and motivate project team and resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables and drive consistent delivery on commitments
Manage project teams, which may include client, third-party vendors, and/or consultants
Coordinate with project team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure parties are on track with project requirements, schedules, and milestones
Maintain regular and transparent communication with key stakeholders through status reports, updates, and meetings to keep everyone informed about progress, risks, and changes.
Proactively manage and resolve project roadblocks and issues
Accountability for the successful delivery of the project and its deliverables
Conduct retrospectives and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Programs within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) business unit are focused on the employee experience and improving enterprise tools that help people be productive in their digital journey.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO WIN:
Key Skills
5+ years project management and/or management consulting experience with a solid background of project delivery.
Experience in applying Design Thinking methodology to optimally drive solutions that tackle business problems keeping the internal customer at the heart of your project.
Manage large-scale projects that drive process, people, and /or technology transformation
Proven success in managing delivery of large projects or programs with VP/C-Level visibility in a variety of challenging environments
Experienced in driving user adoption and acceptance within highly complex people, process, and /or technology initiatives
Ability to accurately identify root cause of gaps or deficiencies and recommend best practice ways to address them
Experience working in a large enterprise environment on projects centered around talent management and Workday
Excellent communicator - written, verbal, and in presentation.
Understand organizational change management basics and how to leverage it alongside program management.
Keen problem solver and connector.
Certified in project management methodologies.
