Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Production Operations: Ensure all customer requirements are met and production operations are running efficiently, with a focus on quality control and on-time delivery.
Staff Leadership: Supervise and train a team of associates, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
Safety & Quality: Enforce company safety and quality programs; maintain production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Problem Solving: Monitor plant equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues early, ensuring continuous improvement and minimizing downtime.
Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, performance, and quality metrics. Prepare reports and make recommendations for operational improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment - In the field you are applying for
Strong knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
Previous supervisor experience
Familiarity with MS Windows and Office Suite; Paycom experience is a plus.
