We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator who is hard-working, eager to learn and contribute, works well within a team, and is proactive. This individual will oversee our entire Fleet of company vehicles and assist in the Tool Room and Warehouse.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help manage our entire fleet program which includes assisting with vehicle acquisitions, fit outs, repairs, maintenance, vehicle swap outs, vehicle document management, accident reporting, updating Samsara fleet software, vehicle monitoring, keeping management informed, and ensuring our service drivers have what they need in terms of vehicles and tools. In addition, this role will also assist in the Tool Room and Warehouse as needed.
Main responsibilities will be across the entire vehicle Fleet (~70%) along with assisting in the Tool Room and Warehouse (~30%) but not limited to the following:
FLEET MANAGEMENT
Oversee our entire fleet of company vehicles which will require you to work alongside our purchasing agent for all new vehicle acquisitions and trade-ins, and determining when replacements and/or loaner vehicles are needed.
Ensure every vehicle has been outfitted with the necessary tools and equipment needed by our service technicians and delivery drivers.
Help coordinate vehicle swap outs and drop offs with service technicians and delivery drivers and have plans in place to minimize downtime.
Help coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with drivers and all related vendors.
Ensure our Freight Trucks are in safe working order, maintained, and up to date with all local, state, and DOT requirements.
Partner with Safety Team and Drivers to ensure every vehicle is inspected and fitout with all the standard safety items required.
Maintain a preferred vendor list and agreed pricing for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Ensure that Samara is updated with the correct driver and vehicle information.
Develop and implement improvements to help standardize and streamline the process to help avoid potential downtime and improve the overall customer experience.
Monitor and report all unsafe driving behaviors to management.
TOOLS AND WAREHOUSE
Assist with fulfilling orders for tools and consumables needed for jobsites including triaging returns, cleaning tools, restocking shelves, and logging assets in/out of Asset Panda.
Assist with shipping and receiving, processing RTVs (return to vendor), logging deliveries, and communicating with the office and field on warehouse items (including RTV).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Successfully Completing TGG's Driver Safety Training and Fleet Policy Acknowledgment
