9:00am- 5:00pm Saturday & Sunday- Every other weekend (1 opening)
Pay range: $25.00- $27.00 an hour
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling client concerns
Matching patient schedules with staff availability and suitability
Responding to calls
Monitoring and documenting care issues
Contacting care providers and clients
Working toward continuous quality improvement
Staying current with technology
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Experience with electronic health record data
Proficiency in business applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook
Ability to carry out directions, read and write
Must be able to pass drug test, criminal background check and physical prior to start
