Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing, product and manufacturing engineering, quality management systems, maintenance programs, safety processes & regulations, supply chain processes, and product management, with experience in process improvement such as Lean or Six Sigma strongly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, experience in managing extensive plant operation network across multiple locations, leadership in disciplines of maintenance, engineering and quality, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Advanced understanding of ISO standards. Automotive and Large OEM quality process experience preferred (including PPAP and FMEA).
Duties and Responsibilities
Manufacturing Leadership
Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to drive increased margin and profitability across the business while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives to meet or exceed financial targets.
Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality standards (includes automotive and OEM customer requirements), innovation and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, with a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance. Provide direct support in addressing critical issues impacting production or quality.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Safety Compliance
Partner with EHS leaders to develop and enforce comprehensive safety policies, training, and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Oversee regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Support incident investigation and root cause analysis processes, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Employee Training and Development
Lead in the development of manufacturing talent across the organization and delivering on the succession plans for the business.
Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality and safety teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Regulatory Compliance
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, insurance companies, and industry associations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving operational strategy, achieving operational excellence, and delivering results across multiple sites.
5+ years of experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing / process improvement methodologies delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost improvement.
5+ years' experience in talent development, with the ability to identify, mentor, and recruit top talent to strengthen plant leadership teams.
