We are seeking a skilled and innovative PCB Design Engineer to support the Battery Module Team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge battery technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing electrical systems and circuits while ensuring the seamless integration of high-voltage components.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical System and Circuit Design: Develop, analyze, and validate electrical systems and circuits for advanced battery modules, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
High-Voltage Harness Design: Create and refine HV harness designs, ensuring robust and reliable connections within the battery module systems.
CAD and Schematic Development: Utilize CAD tools and schematic software to design and document PCB layouts, ensuring accuracy and clarity for manufacturing and testing processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, thermal, and systems engineers, to ensure seamless integration of designs into larger systems.
Testing and Validation: Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of PCB designs to ensure performance and durability under various conditions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in electrical system and circuit design, particularly in high-voltage applications.
Strong expertise in CAD tools and schematic design software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, or similar).
Knowledge of HV harness design principles and best practices.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
