Join the Digital Agility Services team to focus on enhancing automation processes across the enterprise. The role involves identifying manual, repetitive tasks and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline workflows, enabling employees to focus on higher-value tasks. As a Process Analyst, you will collaborate with business process owners to document current manual workflows and partner with developers to implement automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document current manual business processes ("as-is" processes).
Conduct comprehensive impact analyses, confirm ROI calculations, and provide recommendations on automation feasibility.
Facilitate coordination between developers and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of automation using Agile methodologies.
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage approvals for automated processes.
Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master to prioritize tasks and recommend solutions for project completion.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years in an analyst, project management, or developer role within an enterprise setting.
Methodology: Proficient in Agile methodologies.
Skills:
Strong process evaluation and documentation skills.
Ability to clearly articulate process steps and logic for manual workflows.
Tools (Preferred):
MS Visio, MS Project, Octane.
Snag-it or other software for capturing process visuals.
