Job Description:

The Portfolio Coordinator for the Value Management Office (VMO) team will participate in the overall coordination of project and delivery efforts for the Enterprise Payments organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a larger team to provide project administration and delivery of initiatives, while helping to ensure consistency with company strategy and goals.
  • Actively communicate with product/project and leadership team members.
  • Gather and give updates, follow up on open items, escalate risks and issues, etc.
  • Update and maintain project, program, and portfolio management information in the appropriate tools.
  • Participate in the analysis and review of project deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation and manage the approval process.
  • Maintain project risk and issue management, key decision, action item, and change management information.
  • Assist Project and Program Managers in creation and maintenance of project schedules, to establish target dates and completion of activities and deliverables.
  • Gather information for compilation of various status updates, reports and operational reviews.
  • Assist leadership as needed with various reporting, demand management, estimate gathering, continuous planning, and resource management efforts.
  • Work with VMO team members to research and complete analysis supporting VMO reporting efforts.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze reporting information and identify/interpret trends.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Related Field.
  • Experience with O365, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating and delivery presentations.
  • Experience with or understanding of project and product delivery lifecycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Strong business and technical writing skills.
  • Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions.
  • Ability to translate technology into relatable concepts for business partners and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively IT and business.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic changing environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with team members and business partners.
