Primary Services is excited to announce the role of IT Operations Analyst for our prestigious client in the retail and energy sector. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and IT, ensuring smooth processes, efficient systems, and strategic outcomes. Leverage your analytical skills, technical expertise, and project management abilities to enhance operational performance and drive impactful initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Maintain products and pricing across multiple brands and web channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot systems and web asset issues, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
Monitor application performance using reporting tools and take corrective action for identified issues.
Provide testing support for monthly code releases, including unit and regression testing.
Implement automation tools to streamline tasks, improve quality, and accelerate speed-to-market initiatives.
Maintain detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and operational improvements.
Design, implement, and manage robust database solutions and operational processes.
Facilitate cross-functional team discussions to develop timelines for campaigns and project deliveries.
Create user acceptance testing scripts to ensure successful launches of new capabilities.
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress through dashboards, metrics, and status reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
2-5 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in operations, IT, project management, or consulting roles.
Familiarity with content management systems like Tridion CMS or Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with process automation tools and RPA.
Proficiency in SQL querying and relational database concepts.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of retail competition, customer protection rules, and competitive retail environments is a plus.
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including creating process maps and user flows.
