Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

Location: Florida (Note: No Out-of-State Resumes Unless Florida-Based Commercial Roofing Experience)

We are looking to add a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to our team to oversee key roofing projects and ensure their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout. Ensure that projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage teams, including Construction Managers, subcontractors, and internal staff, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project.
  • Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, monitor project progress, and take corrective actions when necessary to stay on track.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, safety standards, and local compliance requirements on all job sites.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure roofing work meets both client expectations and regulatory standards, with a focus on long-term durability and performance.
  • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to clients and upper management.
