Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in job postings on internal and external platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire orientation and documentation.
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with recordkeeping regulations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Support the processing of payroll by collecting and verifying employee time records.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding employee benefits programs.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Assist with audits and preparation of reports for compliance purposes.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support the resolution of workplace conflicts.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
- Training and Development
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Track employee progress in training programs.
- General Administrative Support
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
- Manage correspondence, appointments, and meetings for the HR department.
- Support other HR functions and projects as needed.
