What your day will look like:
Provides administrative support to customers and their respective teams.
Collaborates closely with client sales representatives.
Delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
Responds to phone inquiries and assists customers as required.
Handles order entry for all customer transactions.
Performs additional tasks as assigned, ensuring full accountability.
Ensures all shipments and orders are processed accurately, with proper documentation.
Initiates credits and Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) when necessary.
Prepares spreadsheets for sales or upper management.
Communicates estimated arrival times (ETAs) and product details to OEM customers.
