Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the quality team
Enhance, implement, and maintain quality systems
Improve process controls
Actively engage on the manufacturing floor
Supervise quality department operations including staffing and training
Collaborate with customers to address issues
Liaise with various plant departments
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills
Proficiency in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and root cause analysis
Familiarity with IATF and TS16949
Bachelor's degree, automotive experience, and stable work history
Prior quality supervisory role in automotive manufacturing
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
