The Pricing Analyst will work in collaboration with sales, operations, data science, and leadership to construct and execute on strategy that drives both volume and profit growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the processing of contractual Shipper RFPs and NTG's strategic lane selection.
Engage Network Strategy and Carrier Sales to establish competitive pricing.
Maintain trackers, databases, and models related to pricing activities.
Work closely with Sr. Pricing Analysts to ensure costing accuracy.
Assist in maintaining accurate pricing contracts and databases related to pricing activities
Support pricing team in accomplishing initiatives, projects, and RFPs.
Work with the rest of the pricing team to ensure all departmental deadlines are met.
Escalate known issues and highlight areas for process improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 + years of professional experience.
Understands financial concepts, including the relationship between revenue, cost, and margin.
Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including usage of advanced formulas.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proven critical thinking capabilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize workload.
Excellent oral and written communication with keen attention to detail.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

SCHEDULING
This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
TRAVEL
Local travel is required. Out of state travel is limited, but may be required for special training/conferences.
