Our dedicated client is seeking a CNC Lead to manage a team in Milford, NH. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The Ideal candidate must have past Milling and Lathe Experience.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of 2 production workers.
Read and interpret blueprints for production.
Utilize CNC Milling and Lathe expertise to manage machining operations
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and production equipment.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and tracking.
Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
Previous experience with the Department of Defense (DOD) is a plus.
Qualifications:
CNC Milling and Lathe Experience is a must
Past Leadership Experience
Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
DOD experience is a plus.
Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
