Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an associate in class years 2019-2022 for its Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Washington, DC. The compensation for this position is between $260k to $390k.
Qualifications
2-5 years patent litigation experience within a law firm.
Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.
Undergrad degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, or biomedical engineering, computer science, or related degree.
CAFC clerkship experience is preferred.
Excellent academic credentials required.
DC admission is required.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
