Our continued success depends on a great team that works well together to delivery our mission of an Always On Client Experience. We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our growing team and provide sales support to our clients with quotes and project proposals, administrative support for our sales and account management team, and other IT-related administrative tasks. This is an on-site opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You'll Do:
Produce quotes and proposals for small business clients
Coordinate with Project Services team and provide administrative support for them
Procure hardware and software
Audit draft monthly invoices and update for accuracy
Create POs and issue monthly and non-recurring invoices
Software license management
Inventory management
Skills You'll Need:
Basic knowledge of small business technology products (hardware, software, cloud services, phones, etc.)
IT industry experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Process driven and attention to detail with accuracy in performing procurement responsibilities
Willing and able to follow processes consistently and efficiently
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Skill in preparing written communications and materials
Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
Proficient with general office applications, including Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently, but interfaces well with the team when needed
Nice To Have:
Experience with Connectwise, ConnectBooster, Microsoft licensing
MSP industry experience
