Clientmind Recruiting is searching for a Tax Support Specialist for a full-service accounting firm in the Frederick, MD area. This is a full-time position and will be onsite during tax season with flexibility for hybrid work off-season.

We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background with experience in tax or the desire to learn.

Overview:

This role will oversee tax administrative responsibilities and delegate appropriate tasks to tax administrative assistants while ensuring that the tax return process flows from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax process
• Assist tax managers with tax issues
• Client tax support
• Process tax returns (eFiling)

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Tax knowledge helpful but not required
