Executive Assistant

Westside, onsite

$90,000-$110,000 + full benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide essential support to the CEO in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in managing complex scheduling, handling communications, and ensuring smooth operations. As the primary assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendar coordination, email communications, and acting as a liaison with high-profile clients and government officials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the executive's calendar, schedule, and coordinate meetings, and make complex arrangements for travel, meetings, and events.
  • Review, prioritize, and respond to emails, either directly or on behalf of the executive. Must be an expert communicator and writer.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and high-profile clients
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports, and organizing documents.
  • Be available to assist the executive during travel, ensuring inbox and task management across multiple time zones.
  • Provide high-level customer service and coordinate with high-level professionals

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must possess a take-charge attitude, be self-motivated, and handle high-pressure situations with poise and confidence.
  • Must be fully vaccinated to be eligible for this role.
