Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Stevens & Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. in Santa Barbara, CA. The role involves daily tasks such as assisting customers, resolving claims issues, dealing with doctors or pharmacies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is mostly over the phone, but assisting clients as they enter the office as well.
