The Loan Servicing Specialist will support the broader loan operations team by supporting the day-to-day operations of loans in a broad range of industries that require special handling and industry knowledge. Responsible for a variety of activities to ensure data integrity of loans, including onboarding loans, submitting title work and answer servicing request. The ability to work in a demanding environment with high volume and be able to multi-task while having excellent communication skills, both orally and writing, are important. Candidates are preferred to have experience with all loan operation functions while managing multiple workflow systems.
Role Responsibilities • Support a rapidly growing manufactured home loan portfolio with loan servicing. • Manage the day-to-day workflow delivering superior service to all partners with seamless handoff from our lending team to the servicing team. • At funding ensure timely loan onboarding to the servicing core. • Prepare welcome letters and lender designation changes and provide them to the customers. • Answer servicing questions that may arise from internal stakeholders or customers. • Complete titling of secured the loan in the portfolio with required timeframe and follow up to ensure that titling issues are resolved with the state of record. • Provide loan-related documentation as requested. • Read and interpret loan and escrow documents for accuracy ensuring all policies and procedures are consistently met. • Ensure that the highest quality is met on each loan file. • Promptly identify, communicate, and remediate errors in systems or on files. • Update lenders designation on flood certifications. • Keep accurate records of all servicing actions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • 1-2 years' experience in a high volume, detail-oriented role. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Skilled at prioritizing duties, working under time constraints, and handling multiple tasks, while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments. • Computer Skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel and Word • Proficiency with computer systems required.
PREFERRED QUALIFACTIONS • Bachelor's degree • Experience in a startup environment. • 2-3 years in a lending servicing environment

Pay: Range for this role is $45,000 to $55,000 per year and dependent on experience
