The Private Credit Operations Analyst supports all aspects of the private credit and real estate deal lifecycle, including execution, settlement, lifecycle management, and corporate actions. This role collaborates with teams like legal, compliance, and IT to streamline operations and integrate workflows. Responsibilities:
Manage loan administration across strategies such as private placements, growth lending, commercial real estate debt, and specialty finance
Coordinate deal closings, ensuring smooth transaction processes with portfolio managers, fund administrators, agents, and service providers
Oversee daily operations of external providers to ensure timely and accurate asset servicing
Reconcile cash, position, and security master discrepancies while maintaining accurate investment records
Update security ratings and upload financial statements to vendor systems
Ensure data accuracy for asset records and provide actionable reports to stakeholders
Contribute to cross-functional projects, including vendor assessments and technology upgrades
Qualifications:
3-6 years of operational experience in private credit and real estate investments
Familiarity with key technologies, such as IVP, Sentry-PM, Allvue, IHS Markit-WSO/ClearPar, CBRE, and Geneva
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel (macros)
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including creating compelling PowerPoint presentations
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for credit and debt securities is a plus
