As a Reservations Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of our reservations department, from managing reservations inquiries to maximizing room occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities
Function as a problem solver daily
Maintain files for all definite arrivals
Assist in the billing of no-show reservations
Block reservations for suites and to accommodate special requests
Coordinate group room blocks with Sales department
Input and accurately file all reservations received
Post advance deposits to correct accounts
Run confirmations and mail as assigned
Assist Reservations/Guest Services/Front Desk Manager with all tentative and definite paperwork for groups
Provide consistent, structured supervision to the reservations function and team members
