Title: IP Litigation Attorney

Our client is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate is passionate about litigation and trial work and has a strong background in handling complex disputes involving intellectual property, securities, contracts, and anticompetitive conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of discovery, including managing electronic discovery (ESI) using advanced tools.
Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other litigation-related documents, including Federal Circuit and Markman briefs.
Prepare for and assist with depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
Collaborate with trial teams to prepare for and attend hearings and trials.
Engage with opposing counsel and third parties to resolve discovery disputes.
Provide strategic advice to clients regarding litigation and risk management.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
4+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.
Clerkship experience in a U.S. District Court or Circuit Court is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of ESI protocols and litigation tools.
Proven ability to draft dispositive motions and manage complex cases.
Law Review, Law Journal, or Moot Court experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $200,000 - $350,000.
