Associate Attorney - Wage & Hour Class Actions


Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:



*Assisting in the management of wage & hour class action and PAGA cases
*Collaborating with senior attorney to develop case strategies
*Assisting with deposition preparation, hearings, motions, mediations, etc.
*Preparing and responding to written discovery (including E-discovery) and class/PAGA mediation discovery requests
*Analyzing class/PAGA wage & hour data
*Law & Motion
*Trial preparation and attendance



Experience Desired:


  • 3-8 years of substantive employment law experience, with a focus on wage & hour class action and/or PAGA cases.

  • Bar Admission: CA Barred & in good standing




Compensation & Perks



  • Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.

  • 1,800 annual target billable hours.

  • Origination bonuses for new business.

  • Benefits: Employer covers 96% of costs (66% for dependents), with three comprehensive health plans offered.
