Are you an experienced Business Litigation Attorney looking to join a collaborative and supportive law firm? Our established downtown firm seeks a talented attorney with 5-10 years of civil litigation experience to handle complex business litigation matters. What We're Looking For:

• 5-10 years of trial experience in civil and complex litigation.


• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.


• Admitted to the California Bar.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.


• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.


• A small book of business is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Work on high-profile business litigation matters.


• Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced legal team.


• Contribute to a firm culture centered on teamwork and professional excellence.


• Participate in in-office collaboration approximately 60% of the time to enhance teamwork and synergy.

What We Offer:

• 
  Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience, education, and book of business.

  Billable Hours: 1,850 hours annually.
