Job Description:

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm in Colorado to find a dedicated Litigation Legal Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic legal team and contribute to its success.

Responsibilities:



  • Supporting attorneys with all aspects of litigation case management, including document preparation and court filings.

  • Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Managing case files and maintaining client records accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.

  • Assisting in trial preparation and providing support during court proceedings.

  • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role within a litigation setting.

  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


Work Hours:



Monday to Friday
