Are you a people person with a knack for making first impressions count? As our Intake Specialist, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) that welcomes potential clients into our legal family. This role is all about connecting, listening, and guiding clients as they take the first steps toward justice. Think of yourself as the bridge between people in need and the life-changing legal support we provide!



What You'll Do (aka Your Superpowers):

• ?? Be the first to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online forms-because first impressions matter!


• ?? Conduct meaningful client interviews to gather the juicy details about their personal injury cases.


• ?? Assess whether a case is ready to fly and meets our firm's criteria.


• ?? Input data into our case management system with precision (you're a master of the details).


• ?? Walk potential clients through the onboarding process like a pro-answering questions, easing worries, and spreading confidence.


• ?? Help clients seal the deal by preparing and managing retainer agreements and necessary documents.


• ?? Collaborate with our attorneys and legal assistants to ensure new clients transition smoothly.


• ?? Build and nurture relationships with medical pros, service providers, and referral partners (we love our network!).


• ?? Explore fresh referral opportunities and assist in growing our lead generation game through networking and creative outreach.


• ? Track case milestones to keep everything running like clockwork.


• ?? Keep clients updated and supported until they're officially handed off to our amazing legal team.

What We're Looking For:

• ? Personal injury intake experience? Major bonus points!


• ?? Stellar writing skills and an eagle eye for proofreading.


• ?? Familiarity with legal software (if you've got it, flaunt it!).


• ?? Top-notch phone and interpersonal skills-you're great with people and love to help.


• ?? A self-starter who thrives solo but loves being part of a supportive team.


• ?? Prior legal or client service experience? Even better!
