Job Description:

Large reputable plaintiff litigation firm in Century City is seeking 2 fee motions attorneys that will be making hearing appearances and drafting fee motions.




Job requirements:

• Draft and argue fee motions in hearings and court, applying relevant statutes and case law


• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal briefing on fee-shifting issues


• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy and development of fee arguments


• Prepare and draft legal documents


• Comply with all legal standards and regulations


• Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and case work


• Perform other related duties and meet all deadlines as required

TOP Hard Requirements:

CA State Bar (In good standing) required.

Accredited Law Degree

1-3 years of civil litigation in state and federal courts.

Law and Motion experience.

Experienced drafting Motions. (Fee motions experience is a plus +)

Compensationg: $130K-$160K DOE.
