Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Specialist to join our facility maintenance team in Baltimore. This role offers flexible shift schedules and requires a versatile professional who can handle various maintenance disciplines while ensuring optimal building operations.


  • Perform skilled maintenance work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry trades

  • Execute installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment

  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately

  • Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests with prompt solutions

  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage systematically

  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies

  • Collaborate with maintenance team members and external contractors

  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in primary trade area (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry)

  • 2 years of verified technical experience in secondary trade areas

  • Technical certification in relevant field preferred (Exception: No experience required for Skilled Trades Apprenticeship Program participants)

  • Demonstrated proficiency with shop equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments

  • Expert knowledge of pipe fitting, soldering, rigging, drilling, and installation techniques

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

  • Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks safely

  • Valid driver's license

  • Commitment to safety protocols and building code compliance

Compensation:



Pay Range: $20.74-$33.42
