Perform skilled maintenance work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry trades
Execute installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately
Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Respond to emergency maintenance requests with prompt solutions
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage systematically
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
Collaborate with maintenance team members and external contractors
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 4 years of experience in primary trade area (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry)
2 years of verified technical experience in secondary trade areas
Technical certification in relevant field preferred (Exception: No experience required for Skilled Trades Apprenticeship Program participants)
Demonstrated proficiency with shop equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments
Expert knowledge of pipe fitting, soldering, rigging, drilling, and installation techniques
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks safely
Valid driver's license
Commitment to safety protocols and building code compliance
