Overview We are seeking a Part Time (15 hours/week to start) detail-oriented professional to provide essential administrative and clerical support within our team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective communication and coordination across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable/(Enter Invoices, prepare checks)
Assist in Maintain Accounts Receivable (Billing/Collections)
Collect and review Expense Reports/Prepare for payment
Commissions Entry for Sales Reps
Schedule and organize meetings and appointments
Assist in Inventory Management
Order Supplies/ Maintain Companies Insurance policies
Maintain and update office records and databases
Answer and direct phone calls, and address queries
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Quickbooks Experience Needed
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
