Overview

We are seeking a Part Time (15 hours/week to start) detail-oriented professional to provide essential administrative and clerical support within our team. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective communication and coordination across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable/(Enter Invoices, prepare checks)
  • Assist in Maintain Accounts Receivable (Billing/Collections)
  • Collect and review Expense Reports/Prepare for payment
  • Commissions Entry for Sales Reps
  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments
  • Assist in Inventory Management
  • Order Supplies/ Maintain Companies Insurance policies
  • Maintain and update office records and databases
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and address queries

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Quickbooks Experience Needed
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
