Description We are seeking a dedicated PC Technician to provide support for IT warehouse and deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/technology-related roles such as service desk, desktop support, mobility, and hardware fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse and Inventory Management:
Fill warehouse requests and check in warehouse inventory.
Ship hardware based on requests submitted for IT hardware.
Update SAP for received and deployed IT hardware.
Ticket Management:
Manage and resolve tickets assigned through the ServiceNow ticket system.
Equipment Recovery and Deployment:
Recover equipment by picking up computers, mobility, and peripheral equipment from onsite locations.
Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to gather required information.
Send out boxes and return FedEx labels for remote users.
Process incoming return equipment and adhere to all data retention practices.
Deploy computer peripherals and set up monitors.
Image computers as needed.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Windows 10, troubleshooting, Active Directory, and computer hardware.
Experience with MS Office 365 and associated applications.
Familiarity with incident management applications such as ServiceNow, Remedy, and ITSM.
Familiarity with SAP.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or stockroom activities.
At least 2 years of experience in computer support.
Associate degree (preferred).
Computer A+ certification (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
