This is a W2 employee position with a commission structure, and pay is based on a percentage of billed services. All marketing, scheduling, 3rd party billing, and overhead costs are taken care of with opportunities for peer consultation, continuing education, in-house EMDR consultation, paid EMDR training in exchange for service, and 401(k) plan with matching. Hours/schedule negotiable, but must be willing to see at least 10+ clients/week and include some evening and/or weekend hours. Employees may have the option to create a hybrid work schedule; however, current demand for in-person client work is highest.
