We are seeking dedicated and flexible Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional support to customers. This role offers a mix of on-site and remote opportunities, with flexible shifts to accommodate a 24/7 operation. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem solvers with a passion for helping people and improving processes.
Options: 6:00 PM-4:00 AM, 4:00 AM-2:30 PM, or 2:00 AM-10:00 AM
Must be available for at least one weekend day.
Preferred Shift: Midnight-8:00 AM.
What We're Looking For
Call center experience (preferred over retail experience).
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred, including reading and writing).
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to think outside the box, contribute ideas, and improve processes.
Passion for helping customers and impacting their experiences positively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, including proctoring, customer service calls, and assisting with R&D initiatives.
