Be a Key Player in Product Expansion: As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Supermicro's channel partner base in targeted areas, driving sales, and enhancing key partnerships.

Support Strategic Growth: You will help Supermicro reach new heights by developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners while overseeing outbound sales activities in various sectors.

Drive Revenue and Business Development: Your efforts will directly influence the growth and success of Supermicro by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, while contributing to the overall sales strategy.

What You'll Do:

Sales and Market Expansion:


  • Collaborate with channel partners in key sectors, including Government, Data Centers/Cloud, Gaming, and HPC.
  • Qualify opportunities and create target lists for vertical markets.
Sales Process and Strategy:

  • Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, and manage order statuses, facilitating credit issues and returns as needed.
  • Build long-term relationships with channel partners, maintaining consistent communication regarding product offerings and market trends.
  • Achieve sales quotas and lead generation goals consistently.
  • Produce necessary reports and maintain accurate lead activity tracking.
Team Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs, to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and enhance channel partner satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a channel partner environment.
  • A proven track record of fostering and developing relationships with channel partners
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures.
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting data on lead activity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under deadlines

Salary Range

$139,000 - $165,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
