Jr. IT Analyst at Horizontal Talent in Cottage Grove, Minnesota

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Jr. IT Analyst to join their team. This role is 100% onsite at our client's location in Cottage Grove, MN, with working hours from 8am to 5pm.

As a Jr. IT Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure at the site. This may involve workstation support, telecom, printers, server support, and/or networking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, Deploy, Install, Migrate, Order, Patch, Replace, Support & Triage Site Infrastructure
- Provide support for WINTEL/LINUX NetPC, Standard & Process PCs, and Manufacturing Printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
- Manage Telecom Ethernet, LAN/WAN, Firewall, RoutersSwitches Cisco, TCP/IP, VPN & Wireless
- Offer Standard and Local Software Support for MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Perform ITSM, MOC & 24/7 Pager Support
- Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, Site Telecom, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities

Required Skills and Experience:
- Two to three years of IT infrastructure experience supporting Windows PCs, printer, and basic networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and IT Infrastructure
- Familiarity with VPN, ETHERNET, CISCO, TCP/IP, HW/SW, THIN CLIENT, WIRELESS, CITRIX, MICROSOFT TEAMS, LAN/WAN, SERVER SUPPORT, TELECOM MRF
- High School Diploma or GED
