Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading tech professionals and contribute to the quality of our economic and financial systems.
Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions for business areas while implementing comprehensive software quality assurance strategies.


• Establish and foster collaborative relationships with customers, service providers, and technical delivery partners.


• Develop test scenarios and user acceptance criteria by understanding business drivers and reviewing requirement specifications.


• Document, track, and resolve software defects or issues in collaboration with the product delivery team.


• Ensure quality is integrated into the software solution throughout the software development lifecycle by performing peer reviews.


• Develop and communicate software quality measures that report on the reliability, compliance, performance, and security of software products.


• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

Skills

• Typically requires at least 6 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and testing.


• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or a closely related field.


• Broad understanding and experience with quality assurance and testing disciplines.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile and cloud-based delivery in alignment with application development teams.


• Familiarity with .NET, Java, and JavaScript technologies.


• Experience in providing manual and automated testing services for strategic applications.


• Strong understanding of test automation best practices and the ability to develop and debug automation scripts.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-level team environment.
