In this role you will...
The Program Integrator will provide program integration labor to support the Industrial Security Programs, plans and Strategy Division (PPS), consisting of a Project Management Branch (PMB) and a System Management Branch (SMB).
Leverage program integration best practices and coordinate with various project managers and stakeholders to perform portfolio analysis, assessing interdependencies for risks to cost, schedule, and scope.
Monitor and track key DoD-level initiatives across the Industrial Security mission in support of PPS, PMB, and SMB leadership, providing status of team tasks execution, schedule, and risk/issue resolution.
Consult with leadership as needed to solicit and provide critical updates, to coordinate information and priorities.
Consolidate project schedules across PPS/PMB/SMB to establish an integrated Industrial Security outcome delivery/capability portfolio.
Provide PPS support/coverage at Directorate and Agency functions as directed by Chief, PPS.
Identify administrative needs and develop appropriate solutions. Handle a broad number of administrative duties, including flagging important delivery milestones, creating agendas and compiling documents for meetings, streamline office operations, and maintain organization while building rapport with stakeholders.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience Requirements:
5+ years of related experience related to project/program management and program integration
Excellent communication, written and verbal
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF
Ability to handle stress and management multiple priorities
Ability to complete other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent work experience
Certification Requirements:
PMP desired
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active DOD Secret Clearance
Other Requirements:
May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
Requires ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks including filing and scanning
May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
Effective verbal and written communication skills
