PKL Services Inc. is contracted to maintain and operate Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) F-15SG and United States Air Force (USAF) F-15E aircraft and equipment assigned to the 366th Fighter Wing located at Mountain Home AFB (MHAFB), Idaho. PKL employees at this site are subject to a Union/Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) regarding employment terms and work rules.

The Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Technician is responsible for pick-up, deliver, inspect, service, repair, and perform approved modifications to assigned AGE.

Other key responsibilities include:
Perform all maintenance, modifications, repairs, inspections, and service on RSAF and USAF assigned AGE IAW the equipment specific TOs and technical manuals.
Work RSAF unique parts and technical data deficiencies through USAF AGE Flight Chief and the 428 FS/MX USAF office.
Service all AGE IAW the equipment specific TOs prior to placement in the AGE sub-pools and when requested by the users. Track fuel used for RSAF AGE.
Log all equipment pick up and deliveries IAW DAFI 21-101 and make this information available to the government upon request. Logs shall be maintained for no less than 60 days.
Ensure AGE status and scheduling is tracked IAW DAFI 21-101 and provided to MOC IAW DAFI 21-101.
Follow guidance as prescribed IAW MHAFBI 11-250, and promptly respond to government requests to pick-up and deliver AGE. The contractor personnel shall provide necessary on-the-spot training to personnel on the proper use of the equipment.
Expedite responses for Red/Blue Ball support for the pick-up and delivery of AGE while adhering to all standards prescribed in MHAFBI 11-250.
Prepare AGE for deployments and exercises IAW AFMAN 24-604, TO 35-1-4, and equipment-specific TOs, to include certifying hazardous declarations on the Shippers Declaration for Dangerous Goods.
Perform duties as defined by applicable Air Force Instructions (AFIs), along with any USAF like functions typically performed within the AGE career field. Any and all other duties as directed by the Program Manager/Site Manager.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior qualified/certified 7-level Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) technician with a minimum of six (6) years experience or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
Must possess a valid state drivers license if billet requires use of a government owned vehicle.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This position requires normal physical functions. Work may require frequent bending, reaching, and climbing. May frequently lift and carry items weighing up to fifty pounds and occasionally lift heavier items with the assistance of other workers. Normal color/depth perception and no record of emotional instability are required. May be required to work in areas in or near a hangar/ flight line that may be noisy at times. May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold and wind. May be required to wear personal protective equipment when in or passing thru a hazardous area. Office and workshop environment, hangar and flightline The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud at times.
