We are currently looking for an Inside Customer Support Representative in Cedar Falls, IA. What You'll Be Doing:

Provide legendary customer service

Serve as a vital link between district sales representative, the company, and the customer

Serve as a liaison between customers and departmentsAdvise customers of all changes affecting ordersFacilitate communications with company in order proceduresFollow through on customer issues, ranging from billing, products, and services

Engage in Customer Care and Departmental Goals
