HR Business Partner Director at Best Buy in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Description:

As the HR Business Partner Director, you'll act as a strategic partner to the business by integrating corporate HR strategy into day-to-day work. You'll provide professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal business groups with the objective of adding value to the business. In this role, you'll drive business outcomes by anticipating and shaping unmet needs prior to organizational requests. This role will support Marketplace and eCommerce.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.
