Job Description:

Customer Supplied Materials (CSM) Inventory Analyst

Location: Morgantown, PA

How You Will Make an Impact?

In this position, you will develop and maintain contacts for all Customer Supplied Materials customers and suppliers to improve CSM On-Time Delivery. Communicate all CSM due date changes to the Manufacturing and Sales Teams to support proper scheduling of the units. You will also work closely with plant CSM Representative and Scheduling to review accurate and timely receipt of CSM.

The Nuts and Bolts

•Trouble shoot any issues with CSM customers, suppliers and the plant CSM and Scheduling Reps

•Work closely with I.T. and Sales to develop, test and qualify updates and enhancements to the CSM process

•Develop and update Standard Work Instructions for CSM receiving, tracking and managing

•Train and support Plant CSM Reps

•Build and Maintain relationships with Plants, Customers and Suppliers

•Track and Measure KPIs for Plants and Suppliers

•Perform on-site audit, to ensure process compliance and inventory accuracy

•Develop weekly status report, analyze trends and resolve gaps

•Work with Sales, CSM rep and Scheduling at each facility on the day-to-day challenges that need resolved quickly

•Assist in coordinating re-directing customer supplied materials from one plant to another plant in an effort to improve our delivery time to the customer.

•Update CSM Purchasing Order due dates

•Other duties as assigned

Required Credentials

•BS/BA degree in business or related field (Strong Supply Chain Management, Planning or prior CSM experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)

•5 years' experience in manufacturing

•Be Highly organized

•Understanding of functional aspects of the supply chain in manufacturing environment.

•Advanced knowledge of MPS/MRP systems.

•Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical skills

•Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and reporting

Preferred Credentials

•APICS Certification

•J.D. Edwards experience a plus

You Must Be Able to

Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 25 pounds for files, computer printouts on occasion.

Must be able to travel 25% of the time
